I know how difficult it can be form many people to find time during the day to workout and get their body into the shape they want it to be. In fact, many products like the infamous 8 minute abs workouts continue to sell simply because people want the biggest results with the littlest work possible. Well fine, I’m going to do that one better and introduce my version of the 7 minute abs.
There poses one problem though, a good percentage of those people who actually buy that product because they want killer abs never reach their goals. Why? Because they are doing the wrong workouts and their chiseled abs are hiding under a layer of fat that they can’t seem to get rid of.
So if I am going to introduce the 7 minute abs, I am going to make sure that you are getting the most out of those 7 minutes and that they will produce real results. Your welcome… I know.
The problem with using 7 minutes strictly dedicated to ab workouts is as I stated before, sure it will make your abs strong but it will not help your abs LOOK any better. So I have to assume that you are going to tie in a healthy diet with the 7 minute abs workout routine, because your diet is the most important factor in shaping your abs. Using only a workout plan won’t amount to much. Plan out what you are going to eat and be sure to include a balanced diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables. Now on to the workout…
I call this 7 minute abs because ultimately that is what it will help improve even though the exercises may not target the abs specifically. And you should use this workout at least three times a day. You can do this at home or at work because no equipment will be needed. This works great for those who don’t have time to go to the gym every day!
All you have to do is take 7 minutes of your time, when you have time, and use a combination of several body weight exercises including push ups, lunges, squats, jumping jacks, climbing staircases, floor planks, and any floor ab exercises.
Now this is just a short list and you can add or subtract from it as you wish. The point here though is to take 7 minutes and get your heart rate up a bit by working the major muscle groups of your body. Using a combination of these exercises for 7 minutes 3 times a day will really increase your bodies metabolism and promote healthy weight loss, but only if you are consistent with doing it.
7 minute abs is designed to help you lose that body fat so you can begin to see your abs shape and form into that lean, sexy, flat look you are aiming for.
