Change Your Habits
The reason you are in the shape you are in is because of the choices you have made for yourself in the past. The habits you have formed over time have led you to your present form. So if you want to look and feel better, it’s time right now to start losing the bad habits and start picking up new habits that will help you succeed.
Setup a Plan and a Call to Action

No fitness goals are too lofty or too crazy. Whatever you do, get them down on a piece of paper and post these goals in places where you are going to see them often.
Your next step is to write down exactly what it would take for you to reach these goals. Then make a step-by-step plan on what you need to do get done on a monthly, weekly, and finally on a daily basis to get yourself to the point you want to be.
What happens when you do this is that you will constantly be reminded of your goals and how badly you want to achieve them. If the reasons you listed are valid and strong enough to keep you motivated then you will begin to hold yourself accountable for the actions you take towards hitting your goals.
Do what you need to do to keep motivated and consistent with your actions. Soon you and others around you will begin to start seeing real results and this will only help fuel that motivating fire. At some point down the road, this whole process will become like clockwork and your new, good, and healthy habits will define your new and more improved you.
