Flatten Abs and Live Healthy

Learning to flatten abs will prove to make you live a longer and healthier life.

Want to flatten abs?

Is your belly obtrusively obstructing your view of your feet?  Or maybe you don’t care much to see your feet but you do notice people noticing the bulge coming rom your midsection.  If so it may be time to reverse the outward path of your stomach and begin to flatten your abs.

To flatten your abs you are going to need to make some major changes in your life.  Trust me when I say the abs are not going to flatten themselves, even if you do a thousand sit-ups a day.  Your number one priority to flatten those abs has got to be to start losing all the fat!

That ugly fat does rest right on top of your ab muscles and if you lsten close, you can hear those ab muscles calling for your help.  They are being smothered and can’t wait to show themselves.  So what do you have to do in order to show those abs and flatten that belly?  Read on my friend…

Fat builds more and more as your metabolism slows down.  This is a direct result of stress, illness, disease, allergies, and all the bad stuff that runs a muck throughout your mind during the day.  It has got to be up to you to develop a change of mind and tell yourself you aren’t going to live this way anymore!

What you have to do flatten abs is to change your eating habits first.  No more eating unhealthy high fat foods.  You are going to have to eat plenty of fruits and vegetables so be sure to make good friends with them.  If you are not a big fruit and vegie eater, find some healthy recipes that you will enjoy.  Ask around, do a Google search.  You’d be surprised how many options there are to get those fruits and vegies in your belly with a smile on your face.

If you need more reason to flatten your abs and lose that weight other than appearance, how about high cholesterol and high blood pressure.  These two can lead to hyper tension and diabeties.

Did you know that people who limit their diet strictly to vegetables or fish have the overall lowest fat deposits out there?  Now Im not saying you need to turn into a vegetarian to flatten abs but that fact does speak volumes.  People who eat a lot of red meat have higher levels of protein and their bodies chemistry makes them carry around more fat.

Find a well balanced diet that incorporates all the food groups and never eat to indulge.  Once you start developing these new eating habits and throw in some exercise routines 3 – 5 times a week, then at that point you will really begin to see marked and drastic improvements towards flatter abs!
