Tell your self first of all that if you want to lose belly weight, you absolutely must cut out the foods that are adding the weight. Find an alternative by either preparing your own healthy meals or find a convenient place that has healthy options.
Once you learn how to begin eating healthy habitually, as in everyday, that is the first step on how to lose belly weight. The second step is exercise.
I’m not going to get into the specifics on workout routines, but if you want to lose the belly weight you should exercise every day. Now I’m not talking about Rocky Balboa workouts here, I’m talking about a half an hour a day. Just get out and sweat once a day whether its at a gym or home.

Exercise along with a healthy diet will shed that belly weight faster than you think. The key though is the habits that you carry into each day.
