Losing weight is not really a hard, tough, or complicated process so long as you set your mind to accomplishing the things you need to do. If you want to lose weight in a short amount of time, there is a healthy way to make this happen too. Here’s how to lose weight in 2 weeks…

The first thing you are going to need to do is change the types of foods you are eating. Two very big no no’s…do not drink high fructose corn syrup, and stay away from deep fat fried foods. That means you shouldn’t drink any sodas or sugar drinks, and if you go to a restaurant don’t order the fries, onion rings, or any deep fried appetizers. Remembering this rule will help you lose weight quickly. Especially if you are a constant user of the two.

Drink plenty of water! You should drink water constantly and at every meal. Water not only will boost your metabolism but it will also carve your hunger as well.

When you do eat, eat several small meals throughout the day. Many people just eat 2 or 3 big meals per day and this is not going to help you lose weight as much as spreading your meals out. When you eat less more often, you are aiding your bodies fat burning process by fueling your metabolism to work harder. So instead of your body having to store food for longer, it will then start burning the calories faster because it knows more food will becoming sooner.

If you are wondering how to lose weight in 2 weeks, you will need to sweat everyday. I’m not talking about going to the gym and jogging on a treadmill for a half an hour, I mean you need to use strength training and work your butt off in the gym! Ask yourself how badly you want to lose the weight and use this as motivation when you are in the gym. Here are some exercises I recommend…

Use the squat and deadlift every other day. These 2 exercises are the best overall body workouts exercises you can use to help you lose weight fast. Use them, and really get a great workouts when you do. Push yourself to do more than you think, but of course be careful and remember to warm up and stretch before using any exercise.

I would also recommend doing wind sprints on the opposite days of your squats and deadlifts. You should also add presses, clean and jerks, lunges, and jump rope into your workout routine.

Losing weight in 2 weeks will all be dependent on your ability to keep up with your workouts every day and eating healthy every day. I always recommend not ever going on a diet to lose weight temporarily but instead to make a life change which will have you making the right choices on a daily basis for the rest of your life, permanently!

Don’t worry so much about what you are going to look like in 2 weeks. Worry instead about your health and the way you look and feel beyond those 2 weeks and make a permanent decision to be healthy forever.
